Return Window
- Purses: within 15 days of delivery
- Accessories (hair clips, headbands, bookmarks, keychains, etc.): within 7 days of delivery
How to Start a Return Email us at info@lenahandicrafts.com to request a return. Once approved, we'll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Conditions Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us immediately with photos. We'll make it right at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it (once approved) and place a new order for the item you'd like.
