Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping

  • We carefully pack each handmade item to make sure it arrives safely to your doorstep. Processing time typically takes 1–3 business days before shipping. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We currently ship within the U.S. and use trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives on time.
  • If you need to make any changes to your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at lenahandicrafts4u@gmail.com.

Return Window

  • Purses: within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Accessories (such as hair clips, headbands, bookmarks, keychains, etc.): within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns

We truly hope you’ll love your handmade piece! However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.:

  • For purses: within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • For accessories (such as hair clips, headbands, bookmarks, keychains, etc.): within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To start a return, please contact us at lenahandicrafts4u@gmail.com.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Conditions:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once we receive and evaluate the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us right away with photos. We’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
